Version 9.70 URL goes to 9.60

I downloaded and installed Version 9.70 last month. After downloading it, I went through and made some global changes to all my multi-line command-centric entries, removing the wrap commands. Oops. Big mistake! I immediately started having issues with all of those entries (extra returns in every expansion) and had to revert back to a backup version of my main glossary (thank God for backups!).

I noticed that the wrap command was not disappearing during the Prettify process, and eliminating the wrap commands in multi-line entries did, indeed, trigger Enter key behavior in the expansion. In my haste to get back to work, I just assumed it must be due to a bug in the new version, so I planned to inquire about it when I had time, which is now. Before inquiring, I wanted to show that I'm definitely running the new 9.70 build, so I went to the About section, only to find that nope, I'm still on 9.60.

I assumed, naturally, that I must have just inadvertently run an old setup file (I usually have multiple versions in my IT folder), even though I had appended "old" to the previous setup file name. So I just ran the setup again. Same result: Version 9.60 Built 1-12-24.

I then went to the original version 9.70 announcement, redownloaded the setup file, and installed it again. Same result. Then I went to the Textware.com page and downloaded it from there. Same result.

That explains the mystery of why my multi-line entries no longer worked correctly after removing the wrap commands following what I thought was an install of Version 9.70 - the new install leaves you in 9.60, which, of course, still does need the wrap commands.

Apparently, Version 9.70 is playing hide-and-seek. Come out, come out, wherever you are!

Karen :)
