No the URL points to the 9.70 installer

You must have installed 9.70 in a folder that does match the target of your IT9 icon.
The Instant Text 9 installation folder is displayed in the Select the Folder for Instant Text screen which is one of the first screens displayed while running IT9Pro_setup.exe:
Right-clicking your IT9 icon will show you the Instant Text 9 exe target. There is probably a mismatch.
