Alternatively you can define the following snippet:

Then you create an entry using this snippet in a loop as follows:

sc => {SnippetLoop}select-and-copy-prev-word{/SnippetLoop}

Expanding sc allows you to select the previous words you want and then all you need to do is hit Alt = to create the new entry with all these words.

That is maybe even simpler than what I suggested before.
