Can you give directions as to how to find out your directions

Your directions are very technical and as someone who lacks tech expertise, my Instant Text stopped working with Fluency when I downloaded Fluency a second time after I could not bring it up by clicking on Icon. Instant Test is working on everything BUT Fluency. According to your directions,

"If it is green, Instant Text should work." It is green.

"If it does not, please check whether you have Webroot or Constant Guard on your computer. You will need to uninstall them. If you see expansions and they don't expand, please check your marker selection options."

How would I find if Webroot or Constant Guard is now on my computer?
