As Marie suggested, you can delete the frequencies before doing your replacement. Alternatively, you can modify Pam's technique to take them into account. You currently have entries such as:

{ 5 30} it Instant Text

So, all you need to do is to replace }  by } bb and do it for all entries. Note the space after the }. As this does not involve any paragraph mark, you can do this replacement in WordPad or NotePad, both of which are safer tools for doing glossary work.
