More about Replace in Word

I'm glad it was somewhat helpful. Word is really great with search and replace. If you want to see more options similar to ^p, go to the replace dialog box and click on "more" at the bottom of the box (assuming you have a recent version of Word). That reveals a drop down list marked Special, where you can insert in either the find or replace box a tab character (^t) or lots of other similar formatting things. This can be very helpful if you do much in Word.

Best to you -
Pam
