I am coming up with a slightly different command from Emmanuel's. I keep the {Left} command which gets rid of the space I add before typing the shortcut of the resume command after adding what I need at the Stop.

So my entry looks like this:

{command}Received labeled "{NoSpacing}{Stop}{Left}{Ctrl Shift Left}{Capitalize}" and "{NoSpacing}{Stop}{Left}" is a biopsy of {Stop}fragments of soft, gray tissue measuring {Stop}cm in aggregate. Sections:

I tried it out in Word and it seems to produce what you want to produce.
