when I don't have IT running/open, I can open Word templates without any problem. However, if IT is open/running and I try to open a template in Word using the keyboard rather than mouse my computer freezes. As soon as I hit Ctrl-Alt-Del the template opens and the computer unfreezes. If I use the mouse to open a template, there is a short delay before the template opens, but no problems with freezing. Am I crazy? LOL. If you have any insight on this I would appreciate it!
