Order of Includes feature

I've consulted the manual and am thinking I may not be able to do what I want to do, which is to compile a glossary for Dr. Doright, then "include" my base glossary (my old PRD list) *before* the compiled terms so that my familiar terms are on top. I know Mike DeTuri in his notes at the end said he used to merge them before the includes were available, but I am thinking I can't include them "backwards" this way.

So have I answered my own question here and am I out of luck? :0
