Programs don't age
Angela, I have been using Meditech with IT for a while now. Recently I have run into a problem being able to get certain phrases to expand if they are too long. I have not changed the phrases or done anything different in IT that I am aware of. [...] it seems that anything over 7 words will not expand. Programs don't age. If it worked before and no longer works, something must have changed and you have to find out what has. As far as I know, IT has not changed ... :) So I would look at the other side. Ask the system administrator of Meditech if they have changed any settings recently. From what you describe, it looks like the effect you could get if they had changed the maximum length for the buffer of characters... This is getting very technical, so we should probably pursue it by email or on the phone. Jean Ichbiah
