Finding your glossary folder using Windows Explorer

Click on either the My Computer icon on your desktop or the Windows Explorer icon (NOT Internet Explorer)

-Next click on C-Drive
-Double-click on the InstText folder
-Double-click on the Glossary folder
-Now you should see all of your glossaries
-Right-click on the glossaries you want to save and click copy
-Then go to your floppy, right-click and select paste.

Did you purchase glossaries from Jon Knowles? If so, then since they are glossaries, you should find them in the same Glossary folder so you can perform the same steps as listed above. If they are not located in your Glossary folder, perform a file search on your computer to locate them and then perform the same copy/paste steps.
