Using IT with straight typing

I was wondering how well this program would work if you were doing straight typing versus transcription. I do a lot of typing from legal documents. As I type my eyes are of course on the document I am typing from. It seems with this program you would have to constantly be looking at the screen. The documents I type have many repeated phrases, so it seems like this would be a great tool, but I just wonder how hard it would be to go back and forth from the document to the screen. I would love to hear from anyone else who has used this program for this type of typing. Thanks for your help.
