What exact version and release of IT are you using? You can find out by double-clicking on the blue title bar in Instant Text and then go to Help and About Instant Text. There you will see the exact version & built date that you are using.

What program/platform are you using IT with?

Are you using WinXP or Vista?

Is this only occuring with one glossary? Can you see these entries in the Glossary Viewer?
