2. Do NOT highlight the word or phrase you want to add to your glossary. Just do Alt= or to be on the safe side Shift Alt= A and type in the word or phrase. Ask eScription/Nuance or your system manager to authorize the Copy and Paste function, and you will be able to do the additions as before. There is no good reason to restrict a functionality like Copy and Paste.
3. If Instant Text does not dock to the Editscript window uncheck the box "Instant Text Follows Application Automatically" under Link Options. Resize the transcription window in EditScript and position Instant Text right below the EditScript window.
4. After speeding up or slowing down your dicatation with Alt 1, 2, etc. do Esc or Alt 5 to be able to use a short form right after.
Always make sure you are using Instant Text V Pro release 5.44 and your link to MSWord is on.
