Hello fellow IT users. Thank you for being here :).
I am starting a new job. Their program is Cerner (black screen). When I attach IT to it, the Cerner screen minimizes, resulting in the text (font) shrinking to a nearly unreadable size. All other MTs on the account use Shorthand or Speedtype. I am wondering if I will need to change my expander for this job. I hate to do this, of course.
Also, since I am here :) - Does anyone know a simple way that a single phrase of LEFT comes up when I hit "l" and PATIENT comes up with I hit "p" rather than "like" and "pay?" Someone stated I had to go into the glossary and move the 2 words to the top but when I attempted this, found myself in a place I did not want to disrupt without being certain.
