about the version of Instant Text you are using, the Windows system you are in, etc.

The best would be to call our tech support at 781-272-3200 ext 2

As for the Singles you are most likely using the Singles10.glo instead of the Medsingl.glo

Under Options/Singles you can change the current Singles Glossary.
