Using Transcription labels on laser printer

I use Word 2000 for transcription and have always printed on transcription labels on a pinfed printer. I have now switched to a laser printer and have received samples of 8 and 1/2 by 11 inch sheets of 5 labels. I am lost as how to build a templet that the transcription will not run over the perforations. Can anyone help me?

The top margin is .5 as is the bottom margin of the whole sheet, but there is no space between the labels. I am so frustrated.
