Log or List

No switch. The transcrioptionist in question uses basically the same format I do. All I need is a list of the names in each report. In order for the Find feature to pick those up, there has to be a distinguishing "something" in the first line of each report for Find to recognize. The only thing in her patient name line that is different from the rest of the report is the font size she uses for that line. Apparently the Find feature can't do that. If she were to italicise those names it would pick it up, but I can't have her do that.

I really appreciate your trying to help me out on this but I think it can't be done. I was hoping to find a macro for a log to do the job, but I haven't had any luck finding one on Productivity Talk. I am not skilled in Visual Basic although I manage to tweak the recorded macros sometimes.
