Thank you so much for the information. I can make Laura's instructions work on my own computer but haven't had much luck with the one at work and it is the one I need to use. It has XP on it as well as mine at home. I don't know if you are familiar with the instructions she wrote about, but one needs to put something into the demographics where the name is that is different from all the rest of the document. The only thing that is different in the documents I am editing is the font size which I can put into the Find feature, but it won't recognize that for some reason. I do have another method that works for me but it is much slower and you know how transcriptionists hate "slower" things.
