There is an ethical issue here that I can't discuss on the board or this would probably be easier to explain.
There are approximately 24 to 30 patient records in each file I receive. I need to copy and paste the patient names from those records into separate documents which are dated. Beyond that, I cannot say any more.
Here's what I have been doing:
1. With the Find feature, click on MORE, choose Font and the correct font size. Nothing else in the reports is sized the same as the patient's name.
2. Check the HIGHLIGHT ALL ITEMS FOUND IN MAIN DOCUMENT.
3. Click FIND ALL. Press ESC. All patient names in the document should then be highlighted (they aren't). If they were, then Ctrl C and switch to new document and Ctrl V.
Currently I've added a couple more steps which will work but it is almost as slow as the method I had been using.
