Autotext/autocorrect entries Word 2003

I have a few entries that look like they are in autotext or autocorrect that I would like to delete, but cannot find them. They are not listed in the autotext or in the autocorrect areas, but every time I type proc with a space after it, I get proc. - it is putting in the "." Why is this and how do I get rid of it? I would like to use proc in my expander.
