Expansion repeat problem

My expansion does not repeat correctly the second time. Between patients I have to do a hard return and when I call up my expansion again it moves the F-11tabs over on each new page. I have noticed if I arrow back, I do see a hidden tab after the signature line. When I remove this and call up my expansion it will correct itself; however I have to do this for each page. I have used Ctrl-tab and ctrl-T in my expansion and just wondering if these need to be toggled off at some point or just what is going on.
