yes, tried creating new templates....

I did try creating a new template by highlighting like you suggested and had no luck. Then I tried creating a template from a new blank document and that was just as slow. One thing that I have noticed is if I have Word already opened my template will open a little bit faster but is still slow; I cannot figure that out!
