figured it out.....

After weeks of trying to fix this, I finally figured out what was causing my templates to open slow. I makes no sense to me why this would work but I am thrilled to have solved the problem! I had to disable my Koday EasyShare program from startup (Start/run/msconfig/startup).

Looking at the positives of this, I bought more memory trying to solve my problem. It is always nice to have more memory! :)
