Instant Text is
automatically linked and docked to your applications, and it comes up
with a certain number of advisory lines and active glossaries.
You increase or decrease the advisory lines by right-clicking on the number columns – Instant Text will stay with the number of advisory lines in the application you are working in until you change it again.
You change the width of the Phrase and Word advisories or the Glossary List, Instant Text will keep this width until you change it again.
In your transcription platform you may want 10-20 lines to take advantage of Instant Text continuations, whereas in the Internet Explorer you may want just 1or 2 lines.
You add a new glossary to the active Glossary list or close one of the active glossaries – Instant Text automatically saves the changes.
You cancel automatic spacing in a certain class of window – Instant Text will remember where you do not want automatic spacing.
You edit an entry coming from an included glossary – the change will be effective right away.
You change the Singles glossary – the change will be immediate.
You suspend and/or undock from an application using the toggles Ctrl/L and Ctrl/D – Instant Text will no longer link and/or dock.
