Multiple Compilation

The Multiple Compilation menu item of the Glossary Menu lets you compile a glossary from the combined text of several files located in a same folder:

To perform a multiple compilation:

1.

Select the folder that contains the text files.
This selection uses a Choose a Folder dialog .

Once you have selected the folder, choose the OK button.
The Mark Files dialog box will then be displayed.

2.

Use the Mark Files dialog box to select the files that you want to combine for a glossary compilation.

3.

Choose the Extract Text button, to extract the equivalent Ansi Text for the combined selected files. The status of each selected file will change from selected to included once the extraction has been done for the file.

Once the extraction is completed for all selected files, the text file containing the equivalent Ansi Text for the combined selected files is stored in the InstText\Temp folder. The name of the file is that of the selected folder followed by a .txt extension (for example: Admin.txt for the Admin folder).

Click the Compilation button to proceed to step 4.
