Short and Long Date and Time Formats

The date and time formats:

• Short Date

• Long Date

• Short Time

• Long Time

used in the Date and Time macros are defined systemwide in the Windows Control Panel under:

• Region for Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

• Region and Language for Windows 7

• Region and Language Options for Windows XP

Note that you can have alternate date and time formats in your expansions without changing these systemwide formats using the powerful Custom Date Time macros.
