Capitalization following colon

I have a workaround for an all-caps heading following a colon. More
often than not, though, I use colons midsentence followed by a word that is NOT capitlized, so if IT automatically capitalized the next word, I'd have to make a macro to un-cap it. So for all-cap-colon headings in IT, I made a macro to capitalize the word following the heading, because I'm so used to automatic capitalization that I generally forget to shift. Ctrl-K activates it, but could be Alt-something, whatever's more comfortable. Sorry, it's not automatic, but it's better than going back and changing the letter to a capital.

I also have a macro that will turn anything on a line into a heading
followed by a colon, and another macro that will do this without a colon and will then go to the next line. Doctors where I work often make up headings that are not standard, and these two macros are very useful.
