Thanks so much for replying. I too have templates for each doctor (42 of them), that are all ED docs. For all my docs, I have their review of systems and physical examination in the template almost word for word; so, I don't have to type that, which is nice. I just created one huge glossary for ED reports with phrases/words I hear as I transcribe. I haven't tried the Enrich feature really. I guess I am not understanding how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
There are just so many variations of things that are said. I think I have them all and then they throw me a right hook and I don't have one of them.
I guess I was wondering how to expand each phrase to get the most short-forms out of them.
