I am using Word and followed your instructions to create a formatted glossary entry (Formatted Entries in Microsoft Programs), which worked great! I then attempted to insert a Pick List in several places in order to insert "he/she/they" or "him/her/them" but when I expanded, the pick list commands themselves were all there, plus it didn't stop to let me pick a gender.
How can I create a formatted entry (a numbered list of questions in a specific font) and be able to insert "he/she/they" or "him/her/them" in the appropriate spots?
Or would Stop/Resume work better for this?
