First off, thank you for taking time to reply. I really do appreciate it.

I checked with my Account Manager and noone else has complained of problems. I asked him to try opening one of my documents and see if it is slower than other MT's documents. It was not.

I went and checked for Macros in one of the templates. Clicking on Macro..Macros...and nothing is listed there. Yes they are true templates. I am not sure how to check if they are in the correct template folder?

Steps I take to create a document: Click on the folder containing the account templates. Then I click on the correct doctor/office location template, type, and save as a document.
