How to edit multiple entries in one glossary

I have a glossary called TIME and I have multiple entries such as 1-2 hours, 3-4 days, 10-12 months, etc. I want to replace the HYPHEN with an EN DASH for all these entries.

I tried editing in Notepad using FIND/REPLACE with the ALT 0150 method and also by copying an en dash from Word but I ended up getting weird characters when I expanded the item.

I currently have {Ctrl -} assigned in Word to produce an en dash. I have an IT entry that looks like:

which expands correctly to 3-6 hours (with the en dash).

Can I edit my entire TIME glossary to replace the hyphen with the en dash?
