I tried your method but got same result...

I copied my glossary into Word, did F/R to replace hyphen with en dash, then copied back into my glossary via Notepad. But my short and expansion still have the weird characters!

My edited Word entry looks like: <data short="1012h" long="10–12 hours" />

But my short/expansion looked like: 10–12 hours

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
